Orders are confirmed once payment is received. Orders may be canceled if payment is incomplete, the customer has unresolved disputes, or the product is unavailable/mispriced. Confirmation emails are sent after each order.
Prices and Payment:All prices in euro; and included VAT. Prices are final, excluding shipping. Payment must be made in full via available methods.
Delivery: Orders ship from The Netherlands. Delivery times depend on location and availability. Kandle Light by LK is not liable for postal delays or force majeure. Notify within 7 days for lost or damaged parcels.
Returns and Refunds: Handmade items; returns only accepted if damaged on arrival or wrong product sent. Report within 14 days. Approved returns must be in original condition and packaging. Customer pays return shipping unless error is Kandle Light by LK. Custom items cannot be returned.
Liability: Not liable for damages from improper use. Liability limited to purchase price.

Applicable Law:Dutch law applies. Disputes first handled amicably; unresolved disputes go to courts of Amsterdam
